Can I receive my bill electronically?

Yes! GCWW places a priority on our environment. We also strive to save our customers time and keep rates as low as possible. Your bill delivery will default to a paperless eBill when you enroll in the Customer Portal. Enroll Now!

How do I enroll in the Customer Portal?

  • Go to portal.mygcww.org
  • Click on Pay My Bill/Login
  • Click on Enroll Now under the LOGIN
  • Once you complete the enrollment, you will receive a verification email
  • Click the link in the email
  • You are now ready to log in using the email and password you provided

How Do I update my contact information?

  • Log in to your online account
  • Click the My Profile tab at the top of the page
  • Make the needed updates
  • Click Save

I want to reactivate/deactivate paperless Billing

  • Log in to your online account
  • Click the My Profile tab at the top of the page
  • Check the box next to Paperless Bill to reactivate or remove the checkmark to deactivate
  • Click Save

Who needs to enroll in the Customer Portal?

Everyone is invited and encouraged to enroll! The Customer Portal will be accessible to all Greater Cincinnati Water Works customers.

Making a Payment

How do I add a checking or savings account as a payment method?

  • Log in to your online account.
  • Go to the Wallet tab and click the Add Card button.
  • On the Add Card window, select card type Bank Account.
  • On the drop-down menu for bank account type, select either Checking or Savings.
  • Enter the bank account’s Routing # and Account #.
  • Enter a Nickname that helps you differentiate the account from other payment methods.
  • Make any necessary changes to the First Name and Last Name fields (this should be the name of the checking/savings accountholder).
  • Scroll to the bottom and click the Save button.

How do I add, remove or update my payment method?

  • Log in to your online account
  • To add a new payment method, go to your Wallet and click Add Card
  • To remove or update a payment method, Click on the active payment method to delete or edit

How do I cancel AutoPay?

  • Log in to your online account
  • Click the AutoPay tab
  • Select the Active AutoPay
  • Click Delete AutoPay at the bottom of the page

How do I change my AutoPay payment method?

  • Go to the AutoPay tab and select the Active AutoPay.
  • On the Edit AutoPay screen, use the Pay With drop-down menu to select the bank account already added to the Wallet tab.
  • Scroll to the bottom and click the Save button.
  • NOTE: The AutoPay payment method on already scheduled payments must be changed directly.

How do I change the payment method on a scheduled payment?

  • Go to the Payments tab.
  • (If multiple GCWW accounts, use the Account drop-down menu to toggle between them)
  • Select the Scheduled payment you wish to update.
  • Click the Edit Payment button.
  • Scroll down to “Pay with” and select the bank account.
  • Scroll to the bottom and click the Continue button.
  • On the Payment Review screen, click the Pay $[amount] button.

How do I to sign up for AutoPay?

  • Log in to your online account
  • Make a Payment/Setup AutoPay in the upper-right corner
  • Click Add AutoPay
  • Select the correct Account
  • Select the Checking/Savings Account from your list of payment methods
  • Click Edit AutoPay Details to view/make changes to the AutoPay dates/amounts
  • Click Save

I need a payment arrangement.

Bring your delinquent account into good standing by enrolling in a payment plan with our partner PromisePay on our Promise Pay Portal at GCWW.promist-pay.com. Once Enrolled, you must also continue to pay all current charges on your monthly bills.

I want to make a one-time payment

  • Go to portal.myggcww.org
  • Click on the one-time guest payment
  • Enter the GCWW account number or phone number associated with the account
  • Select the account to pay from the drop down menu
  • Select the amount to pay
  • Click Continue to provide credit card or banking information
